Terms of use
Effective date: November 7, 2026
ZS Chess Studio is a tool: the videos, broadcasts and narration you make with it are yours. These terms also cover what comes into the app from other people and services — the chat of your viewers and AI voices — and how to report it.
1. The app
ZS Chess Studio is published by Zirva Software (“we”) and licensed to you through the Microsoft Store under its license terms. These terms add the rules for content.
2. Your content
You are responsible for the videos, broadcasts, comments and narration you make, and for having the rights to the games, music, pictures and recordings you use.
Don't use the app to make or broadcast content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or that infringes the rights of others.
3. Viewers' chat in broadcasts
A broadcast can show messages from the public chat of your Twitch channel and your YouTube live stream. These messages are written by viewers on those platforms. They are not created, checked or endorsed by us, and the app shows them as they arrive.
In the app you decide what reaches the frame: Stream → Viewer chat in the frame lists the latest messages, and each can be hidden, alone or with all messages of its author.
Reports, deleting messages and blocking viewers happen on the platform itself, under its community guidelines: «Moderate on the platform» in the same place opens the chat of Twitch or YouTube, where you can do it.
4. AI voices
An AI voice is made by Microsoft Azure Speech or ElevenLabs from your text, with your own key. You are responsible for the text you give it and for using the voice under the terms of that service.
5. Games from other services
Games loaded from Lichess or Chess.com come from their players and services, and their terms apply to them.
6. Reporting
To report content shown or made in the app that is inappropriate, illegal or harmful — a viewer's message in a broadcast, an AI voice, anything else — use Help → Report a problem in the app or write to us. We look at every report. Content that lives on Twitch or YouTube can be removed only there; we will show you how to report it to them.
7. Changes
If these terms change, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date.
